Brass Screw Seal Fittings

The brass screw seal fittings is a high-precision, high-performance connection component designed for industrial cleaning equipment, fluid transmission systems and high-pressure pipeline connections. Through the synergy with the spiral quick connector, it can achieve fast and reliable connection and separation. The joint has sealing performance. At the same time, the high-performance O-ring equipped on the pin provides multiple sealing guarantees to ensure that it can still maintain leakage-free operation under high pressure, high temperature or corrosive media environment. The sealing pressure can reach tens of megapascals (MPa). The brass spiral seal joint adopts a modular design for easy installation, maintenance, and replacement. Its thread specifications meet international standards to ensure compatibility with a variety of pipeline systems. The connection and separation of the joint are extremely simple and can be completed by simply rotating the thread without the need for additional tools, which significantly improves work efficiency. It is particularly suitable for application scenarios that require frequent disassembly or rapid replacement.
