The brass nickel-plated M22 quick disconnect connector adopts a precise matching design of internal and external threads. The pin in the internal thread connector is precisely inserted into the positioning hole of the external thread connector to form a double locking structure to ensure a stable and reliable connection and prevent loosening. It can be quickly connected or disconnected through a simple thread tightening operation, which significantly improves work efficiency and is particularly suitable for scenes that require frequent disassembly and assembly. It uses a highly elastic rubber O-ring as a sealing element to ensure zero leakage sealing under high pressure conditions, and is suitable for the transmission of liquid or gaseous media. This connector has undergone rigorous pressure testing and can withstand working pressures up to 4000psi, meeting the needs of high-pressure cleaning equipment and fluid transmission systems.
