Screw Type Brass Quick Connector

The screw type brass quick connector adopts a connection method with precise matching of internal and external threads. The pin in the internal thread connector is precisely aligned with the hole of the external thread connector, and a quick connection is achieved by spiral tightening. The highly elastic O-ring configured on the pin forms a multiple sealing structure with the inner wall of the connector to ensure that fluid leakage can be effectively prevented under high pressure and high flow rate conditions. Its unique spiral locking mechanism not only improves the stability of the connection, but also has anti-vibration and impact resistance, and is suitable for dynamic conditions. The spiral design makes installation and disassembly operations simple and efficient, and can be completed by simply tightening or loosening the threads, which significantly improves work efficiency. The optimized design of the O-ring and the pin ensures that the connector can still achieve zero leakage under high pressure and high flow rate conditions, and is suitable for a variety of media such as water, oil, and gas.
