Brass Nickel Plated M22 Spiral Joint

The brass nickel plated M22 spiral joint is connected through a precise thread matching mechanism, using an internal and external thread nesting method. The special pin design at the internal thread end can be accurately inserted into the positioning hole at the external thread end to form a preliminary mechanical lock. This innovative design, combined with a high-quality O-ring, ensures a leak-free tight seal even under high pressure. The connector body is carefully cast with high-quality brass material. Brass has corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength and suitable processing performance, and exhibits long-term durability in a variety of chemical media, especially acidic and saline-alkali environments, ensuring the reliable operation of the connector in complex and changeable industrial cleaning environments. The outside of the connector nut is specially covered with a wear-resistant and non-slip plastic sleeve, which not only improves the comfort and efficiency during operation, but also keeps the hand feel smooth even for long-term or frequent operation. At the same time, the heat insulation performance of the plastic sleeve effectively prevents the risk of high-temperature scalding caused by the transmission of hot water media, broadening the application scenarios of the product.
