Hydraulic Double Braided Hose

Hydraulic double braided hose is mainly used to transmit high-pressure liquid or gas. It is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant to ensure that there is no leakage or chemical reaction when the liquid or gas flows under high pressure. The key part of the hose is braided with double layers of high-strength steel wire to enhance its pressure resistance. The double braided structure enhances the strength of the hose compared to the single-layer braiding, enabling it to withstand higher working pressure and external impact. Despite the strong braided layer, the hose still maintains good flexibility and is easy to install in narrow or irregular spaces. The use of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant synthetic rubber material protects the hose from mechanical wear, sunlight exposure and chemical damage in harsh environments.
