High Pressure Rubber Hose

High Pressure Rubber Hose is a hose specially designed for conveying high-pressure liquid or gas. It is widely used in hydraulic systems, industrial equipment and construction machinery. It is made of high-pressure and oil-resistant synthetic rubber to ensure smooth transmission of fluids and resist corrosion or erosion of the inner wall of the hose by the medium. It is composed of high-strength steel wire braiding or spiral winding to ensure that the hose has sufficient tensile and compressive strength under high pressure. The number of layers and steel wire density of the reinforcement layer can be adjusted according to different working pressure requirements. It is made of wear-resistant and aging-resistant rubber material to protect the hose from wear, oxidation and ultraviolet rays in the external environment, extending its service life. Commonly used outer layer materials include EPDM, which is suitable for various harsh environments.
