Threaded Replacement Nozzle

The threaded high-pressure nozzle (Threaded Replacement Nozzle) has become one of the commonly used nozzles in high-pressure cleaning machines with its unique connection method and performance. The biggest feature of this threaded high-pressure nozzle is that it uses a threaded connection method to ensure a firm and reliable connection between the nozzle and the cleaning machine, effectively avoiding leakage or falling off caused by unstable connection. The nozzle provides four different spray angles of 0˚, 15˚, 25˚, and 40˚ for customers to choose from, to meet the needs of different cleaning scenarios and ensure that customers can achieve the ideal cleaning effect. We also provide customized services. Customers can customize the nozzle with the required spray angle according to their special cleaning requirements, which further enhances the flexibility and applicability of the product. In order to ensure the performance of the high-pressure pump and extend the service life of the pump, we have equipped this nozzle with a corresponding flow design according to the parameter requirements of the high-pressure pump. When the nozzle sprays high-pressure water, it can form a match with the high-pressure pump to maximize the efficiency of the pump. In terms of material, the inner core of the nozzle is made of high carbon steel and is quenched and heat treated to enable it to withstand extremely high pressure and increase its service life. The nozzle shell is made of stainless steel, which has strong anti-corrosion properties and can be used for a long time even in corrosive media such as acid and salt, making it an ideal material for cleaning accessories.
