Adjustable Brass Chemical Injector M-M Connecting

Adjustable brass chemical syringe M-M connection is widely used in high-pressure cleaners and is one of the key accessories to improve cleaning efficiency. The syringe can absorb detergent, chemical liquid or disinfectant by mixing with high-pressure water flow to generate an effective cleaning or disinfection mixture, thereby achieving better cleaning results. Its working principle is simple and efficient: the chemical syringe is connected to the outlet end of the pump and has a built-in small-aperture nozzle. When used with a dedicated chemical nozzle, the pressure difference between the larger aperture of the nozzle and the nozzle in the syringe produces a siphon effect, opens the one-way valve, and absorbs the required liquid and mixes it evenly into the high-pressure water flow. This process ensures that the detergent or disinfectant is fully mixed with the water flow and then sprayed out from the nozzle, providing a strong cleaning and disinfection effect. The adjustable suction volume design allows users to easily adjust the chemical liquid suction volume of the syringe according to actual needs, accurately control the mixing ratio, and meet different operation requirements.
