In modern industrial cleaning, agricultural spraying, automotive beauty and high-pressure systems, the Q.C. spray nozzle is being increasingly adopted, and with its advantages of efficient replacement, reliable sealing and strong adaptability, it has become a key component in the equipment connection system. Quick connection structure: efficient connection, quick replacement
The core reason why the Q.C. spray nozzle is that it adopts a standardized quick connection system, which generally includes two parts: Male Plug and Female Coupling, which are widely used in high-pressure spray guns, cleaning equipment and spray systems.
Most of the quick connection structures adopted by Yinzhou Baige Machinery are based on ball lock fast connection structures (Ball Lock Type) or push-to-Connect). The structure is automatically locked when inserted, and the spring-loaded stainless steel balls snap into the ring groove, thereby achieving a fast and safe connection between the nozzle and the spray gun. Compared with traditional threaded connections, this structure can greatly reduce replacement time and improve operating efficiency. It is especially suitable for frequent use scenarios where the nozzle angle, flow rate or spray form is changed.

1. High-performance sealing ring (O-Ring)
Each Q.C. spray nozzle interface is equipped with high pressure and corrosion-resistant O-rings. Common materials include nitrile rubber (NBR), fluoro-rubber (Viton) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The materials can be customized according to the application media (such as water, acid, alkali, and foaming agent) to ensure that the sealing and stability is maintained at different temperatures and media.
2. Precision machining tolerance control

How to quickly detect if Q.C. Spray Nozzle is worn or flow deviation

Causes and influences of nozzle wear and flow deviation
During use, the nozzle spray holes and inner cavity will gradually wear due to impurities in the liquid, high-pressure spraying and chemical corrosion, resulting in deformation of the spray holes, larger spray angles or abnormal increase in flow. This situation not only reduces the quality of the spray and affects the spray coverage effect, but may also cause unstable equipment pressure and waste of energy.
Especially in high-frequency replacement and harsh working conditions, wear is more obvious. If timely inspection and maintenance are not carried out, it will directly affect production efficiency and operating costs.

1. Visual and size detection
Visual inspection: Check the nozzle nozzle holes for obvious signs of wear, cracks or clogging through a magnifying glass or microscope. If the edge of the spray hole is not smooth, cracks or deformation, it needs to be replaced.
Dimension measurement: Use a precision diameter measuring instrument or a three-coordinate measuring machine to measure the diameter and shape of the nozzle hole to determine whether it exceeds the design tolerance range. 2. Traffic testing
Standard flowmeter measurement: Connect the nozzle to the flow test device, measure the actual flow at standard pressure, and compare it with the product standard flow curve. When the flow rate increases or decreases by more than 5%-10%, it indicates that the nozzle may be worn or blocked.
Quick comparison method: prepare standard new product nozzles, use the same pressure environment to test and compare simultaneously, and quickly determine whether the flow rate is abnormal.
3. Spray angle and distribution detection
Spray Angle Meter: Use a spray angle tester to detect whether the spray width and angle have changed. Wear spray holes often cause widening or uneven angles, affecting the coverage area.
Uniformity detection: The uniformity is analyzed by collecting the weight or density of spray droplets. If the deviation is too large, the nozzle state is abnormal.
4. Pressure change monitoring
Real-time pressure monitoring: In actual working conditions, monitor the pressure difference between the Q.C. spray nozzle before and after. Abnormal pressure fluctuations or significant pressure reduction may cause abnormal flow rate due to wear of the spray hole.
